John Zaitseff's Experiences in Russia 2001

This year, I had the opportunity of travelling to Russia for a total of seven weeks. I described my intentions and purpose of the journey in my newsletter, the Russian Dispatch for June 2001 (text format, 9.8KB). While I was over in Russia itself, I wrote a series of e-mails entitled "Hello from Russia #1" (text format, 5.7KB), "Hello from Russia #2" (text format, 7.3KB) and "Hello from Russia #3" (text format, 9.7KB), describing my journey. I wrote a final e-mail entitled "Hello from Australia" (text format, 6.0KB) on my return.

I like to take photos during my travels... lots of photos! This time around, I took a total of 446 photographs (which is not much for seven weeks, to be honest). I have not had the time, to date, to label the photographs, but I have catalogued them according to roll and exposure number:
