Part of my three weeks travelling in Northern Europe: Bergen, the second-largest city in Norway. A beautiful city, situated on a scenic fjord, with marvelous views from the top of Fløyen. It also has one of the highest rainfalls of any city in Scandinavia. In fact, one boy was asked by a reporter whether it ever stopped raining in Bergen. “I don’t know,” he replied, “I’m only six years old!”
