Part of my two week holiday in Western Australia: travelling on the Indian Pacific train from Cook to Perth via Rawlinna and Kalgoolie. The sunset over the Nullarbor Plain was superb!
I also took the “whistle stop” tour of Kalgoolie-Boulder; it was interesting to see the Super Pit mine in operation even at night.
