A day out with Mark Minchenko, Eli, Sam and Andrew to the Blue Mountains in general and the Three Sisters in particular.
We stopped for a break at a lookout just off Kings Tableland Road, Wentworth Falls, before driving on to Katoomba Falls. From here, we began our walk by following the Prince Henry Cliff Walk to Echo Point, then down the Giant Stairway to the Federal Pass walking track. Lunch was consumed at the base of Katoomba Falls, followed by some amateur abseiling (with lianas!). We then pushed on to the old coal mines and landslide. After riding the Scenic Railway, we fed some parrots, stopped to look at Katoomba Falls from above, and climbed Katoomba Cascades. A wonderful day!
